It is a double corner cutting machine which can cut both sides of PVC and aluminum profiles at the same time. Saws can be changed and cut in wood. Both heads cut 45 or 90 degrees and the openings are automatically adjusted. Cutting can be done at any time. Also refer to the Operating Manual for the electronic panel. AUTOMATIC CORNER CLEANING MACHINE
Used for corner cleaning of PVC profiles after
welding. Cleans upper bottom and exterior surfaces of the corner. It divides into surface and corner
cleaning for acrylic profiles. Centralizes window
frame before the cutting operation. PLC system
makes easy to use this machine. 4 different types
of knives can be settled.
One of the two corners of the PVC profiles is a stationary two-headed fully automatic program controlled PLC machine. Welding and profile pressures are set separately. A corner can be grade welded. Maximum welding strength, welding time approx. 75 seconds, max. Profile height 150 mm ‘quick exhaust valve system’ for overpressure pistons support for long profile, long life welding resistance and easy to change single piece teflon. All parameters can be set individually. Practical welder replacement system has a protection system that prevents the machine from operating at low air pressure.
