DOUBLE CORNER O MM WELDING MACHINE
Used for welding PVC profiles both corners at
the same time. Welding can be done in one opertaion at 2×90 santigrad controlled by full automatic PLC system. Right head can move easily
on ball bearing system. Heating system controlled by full automatic digital system. There is
pressure control for welding and profile clamping cylinders. Fixed head can be used for welding at different angles between 30 santigrad and
180 santigrad

AUTOMATIC CORNER CLEANING MACHINE
Used for corner cleaning of PVC profiles after
welding. Cleans upper bottom and exterior surfaces of the corner. It divides into surface and corner
cleaning for acrylic profiles. Centralizes window
frame before the cutting operation. PLC system
makes easy to use this machine. 4 different types
of knives can be settled.
FULL AUTOMATIC DOUBLE EDGE MITRE SAW
This is a double edge cutting machine which can cut
the both sides of PVC and aluminum profiles at the
same time. While changing the saw ‘ wood also can be
cut. Both of the heads can cut in 45 or 90 degree
angles and angles can automatically be adjusted and the
head can cut in semi angles. Please refer to the user
manual for electronic panel. Saw diameter is 450 mm
maximum cutting length is 3200 mm maximum cutting
length is 485 mm. It is also economic in electric
and air consumption
