DOUBLE CORNER O MM WELDING MACHINE
Used for welding PVC profiles both corners at
the same time. Welding can be done in one opertaion at 2×90 santigrad controlled by full automatic PLC system. Right head can move easily
on ball bearing system. Heating system controlled by full automatic digital system. There is
pressure control for welding and profile clamping cylinders. Fixed head can be used for welding at different angles between 30 santigrad and

AUTOMATIC BOT TOM DETACHMENT SAW :
It is an automatic mitre saw. Suitable for cutting PVC and
Aluminum profiles – Exists stoppers for 15-22.5-30-45-90 cutting
om right and left sides. Saw blade moving adjustability. Cutting
operations between 0-180. Pneumatic profile clamping system.
Diamond Saw blade daimeter is 450 mm. Also includes rights and
left side conveyor system for already cutted and uncutted profiles
(optianally ) Cooling unit for slumium profiles (optianally).
AUTOMATIC GLAZING BEAD SAW
Cuts single or double glassing laths quickly
and efficiently. Cuts PVC laths at 45 degrees. Fully automatic with adjustabla saw
speed. Includes precision lath measuring
equipment. Pneumatic profile clamping
device. 2 double blades (2 with bigger diameter, 2 with smaller one-for cutting bottom
corner of lath) are used.
