AUTOMATIC CORNER CLEANING MACHINE

welding. Cleans upper bottom and exterior surfaces of the corner. It divides into surface and corner
cleaning for acrylic profiles. Centralizes window
frame before the cutting operation. PLC system
makes easy to use this machine. 4 different types
of knives can be settled.
UNIVERSAL TRIPLE SPINDLE COPY AND WATER SLOT TOUTER
It is used to bore holes for Spanisholite, locking cylinders, window handle holes and exterior mat holes for draining water. It has an air compressor system. It can pierce the lock holes without turning the profile thanks to the 120mm diameter sorting auger. The drain holes open. The 3KDS model has a sort button. Fully automatic one-button operation.
DOUBLE CORNER O MM WELDING MACHINE
Used for welding PVC profiles both corners at
the same time. Welding can be done in one opertaion at 2×90 santigrad controlled by full automatic PLC system. Right head can move easily
on ball bearing system. Heating system controlled by full automatic digital system. There is
pressure control for welding and profile clamping cylinders. Fixed head can be used for welding at different angles between 30 santigrad and
180 santigrad
